The purpose of the collection is to highlight theoretical and applied research in the field of psychology, promote the development of psychological science, integrate Ukrainian scientific achievements into the international academic space, and provide a platform for the exchange of scientific ideas among researchers, teachers, and practitioners.

The main objectives of the journal include the publication of the results of contemporary scientific research in various branches of psychological science (general, social, developmental, educational, organizational psychology, etc.); promoting the development of interdisciplinary research at the intersection of psychology with other sciences (pedagogy, sociology, medicine, management); presenting innovative approaches, methods, and technologies in psychological theory and practice; supporting young researchers, PhD students, and doctoral candidates in presenting the results of their research; ensuring scientific discussion and critical analysis of current issues in psychological science; disseminating research results aimed at addressing socially significant problems, particularly mental health, adaptation, and personal resilience in the context of societal challenges; maintaining high standards of academic integrity, peer review, and quality of scientific publications; and promoting the achievements of Ukrainian scholars in the international scientific community.

The journal also aims to create an authoritative platform for publishing fundamental and applied research results in psychology, ensure high standards of scholarly peer review, promote innovative research approaches and methods, and facilitate the implementation of research results in practice. The journal seeks to provide open access to high-quality scientific information, expand international cooperation, increase the visibility of research, and stimulate the development of new scientific directions in psychology.

The editorial board invites researchers to submit manuscripts to this peer-reviewed open-access scientific journal, which ensures a prompt review of submitted materials. The journal publishes relevant, original, and high-quality research results aimed at the development of modern psychology and related fields.

The scope of the journal covers current issues of the development of modern psychological science and its theoretical and methodological foundations; general, social, developmental, educational, clinical, and organizational psychology; personality psychology, its development, self-realization, and resilience; mental health, psychological well-being, and ways of supporting them in conditions of social transformations and crises; psychological consequences of stress and trauma, including those arising in wartime conditions, and ways of overcoming them; psychology of management, leadership, organizational behavior, and professional development; psychology of education, learning, and upbringing in the context of modern educational changes; interpersonal interaction, communication, and conflict studies; applied aspects of psychological assistance, counseling, psychotherapy, and rehabilitation/abilitation; interdisciplinary research at the intersection of psychology with other fields of knowledge; as well as innovative methods, technologies, and practices in psychological activity.

The journal accepts original research articles, short communications, reviews, and other materials that present new results in the specified scientific areas.

In its activities, the editorial board follows international standards of publication ethics and adheres to the open-access policy. All submitted manuscripts undergo mandatory independent peer review and plagiarism screening to ensure academic integrity.
